I love Stampin' Up! card stock and paper. The Designer Series Papers are always so intriguing to me. Our many Specialty Papers are also, however, I often find myself stuck. I just don't know what to do with them. So with the release of our new 2021-2022 Annual Catalog this month, I decided to go ahead and order the Ombre Specialty Paper. As soon as I received it and opened it, I thought it was so pretty. Very sparkly paper that didn't leave sparkle on me or my hands or my clothes, so I decided to give it a go. I challenged myself to not let that Ombre Specialty Paper sit. So…here is what I came up with – an assortment of Gift card holders.
This Facebook Live Video Replay shows you how to make these fun, sparkly gift card holders for those people who add a little sparkle and fun to your life! Enjoy the video demonstration, then give it a try. You'll also see how our new Basic Borders Dies add something special to these gift card holders.
Cutting & Scoring Dimensions:
- Cut Ombre Specialty Paper 5 1/2" x 12".
- Score at 4 1/4" and 8 1/2" on long side. FYI…the first score line will mark you from bottom flap. I put my paper on the scoring tool with the dark ombre end to the left and the light ombre end to the right.
- Belly Band on 2nd card is 1" x 10".
Our new Basic Borders Dies collection gives you 6 different border dies. The one used above and the one below are 2 of them.
